Common Login Screen

Go to:

The CDK Login screen is displayed when you launch an SSO-enabled application, such as CDK Drive, in a browser session. Use your DMS supplied user ID and password. From this browser session you can launch other SSO-enabled applications without logging in again. Non-SSO enabled applications will present another login screen.

  • Enter your user ID. Press the Enter or Tab key to reach the password field.
  • Enter your password. Remember that your password is case sensitive; check that your caps lock key is off.

Links to other features

The login screen provides links to other features:

  • Forgot Password - allows you to reset a forgotten password yourself. Requires System Administrator approval and profile setup in advance.
  • Update My Profile - sets up security questions and answers so that you can prove your identity when requesting a password change without entering the previous password. Requires System Administrator approval.
  • View PC Config - allows you to test the readiness of your workstation for operating CDK Drive. If additional software is required on your PC, you can download it from this report. Download requires administrative rights on your workstation.
  • Available Software - links to the repository of downloadable software for your PC workstation. This is another way to get the software you need to run CDK Drive. The number after the link indicates how many packages are available, not how many your workstation may need. Download requires administrative rights on your workstation.

Change Your Password

If you are prompted to change your password on login:

  • It should be a minimum of 6 characters in length.
  • Do not choose passwords that are easy to guess such as your dog's name or your birth month.
  • Do not choose passwords that are found in the dictionary.
  • Try to mix upper and lower case characters with numerals.
  • An example of a good password is O1lChng (the i in Oil is replaced by a one).
